Gan Shan West is an asian-fusion West Asheville restaurant staple with a focus on a diverse array of Asian comfort dishes in a relaxed neighborhood environment.

I completed a commissioned series of 12-piece hand-printed linocut prints for Gan Shan’s dining room using a variety of commonly used ingredients and dishes in Gan Shan’s kitchen as inspiration.
